DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibilities include:

  • Professionally and efficiently take calls using our proven sales process and approach.
  • Provide timely and accurate debt recovery solutions to educate potential clients on debt relief solutions.
  • Preserve client confidentiality and comply with all state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain departmental standards and objectives.
  • Value every call and lead, treat clients with dignity, empathy and care!
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE:

  • Consistently perform above the minimum Key Performance Index KPIs.
  • The ability to present information to clients in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Close a high level of deals while exceeding close rate minimums.
  • Maintain appropriate cancellation rates.
  • Maintain compliance and quality standards.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy fun call center environment.
  • Organized with time management skills and the ability to stay on-task.
  • Strong verbal communication and excellent telephone skills with phone sales and selling techniques.
  • A strong desire to succeed, self-motivated, applies consistent drive and has a strong work ethic.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and the selling process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
