Job summary:

Looking for a Manager of Continuous Learning who is motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative and energetic setting. This individual will be integral in scoping the curriculum requirements and the professional development of our most valued assets, our employees, ensuring that they have the highest quality of best-in-class training. This role reports to the Director of Organization Effectiveness.


Salary: $55,000- $65,000


Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday during our core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays based on departmental needs.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and document corporate-wide learning and development objectives
  • Collaborate with department subject matter experts to design and develop training programs using a variety of appropriate training methods, activities, and aids based on identified objectives or knowledge gaps
  • Coordinate, conduct, and evaluate training programs to optimize staff learning and development
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to develop and maintain organizational communications to ensure employees have access to learning and development opportunities and resources
  • Gather post-training feedback from participants to evaluate satisfaction of learning experience and drive curriculum revisions
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of learning on employee's development
  • Maintain the company's Learning Management System and track records
  • Provide reporting to management on project progression and completion
  • Research known education principles including Adult Learning Theory and remain current on innovative training methods and strategies
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Work effectively as a team member with management and Human Resources
  • Provide instructional program support to ensure successful learning events, acting as point of contact and answering logistical and content-related
  • Develop course-specific job aids and performance support materials
  • All other job-related duties as assigned

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Training / Development, Education, or Instructional Design Field preferred or relevant established professional background
