A summons is just another form of collection and that does not deter us from helping you achieve your goal. Now that you got served a summons that does not mean we cannot negotiate a successful resolution on it. Although your creditors have the legal right to sue you for non-payment, lawsuits are the exception rather than the rule – very few summons ever make their way to court.
