At DebtBlue we are committed to providing our clients with the best customer
service experience in the industry . With this goal in mind, we wanted to inform you
of upcoming improvements coming this weekend to your Client Portal.
From July 5th through July 7th we will be migrating our existing clients to a new and improved Client Portal. Please Note: You may be unable to access your current client portal while this migration takes place.

Improved Client Portal Features
- Program Information: Clients can view program documents, account balances, settlement statuses, and transaction history.
- Secure Messages: Clients can now communicate securely directly with DebtBlue! When you receive messages, you 'll be notified via email. If you are opted in to text messaging, you 'll also receive an SMS message.
- Documents: Clients can now share documents directly with DebtBlue by attaching them to portal messages.
- Authorizations: Clients can now authorize changes to their program with a single click, automating internal procedures to better serve your needs.
- Notifications: Clients can now see warning messages about their program or account directly on the portal’s home page - informing you of issues promptly for handling.

update. However , there will be changes to how you access your new Portal. Don’t
fret, once we’ve completed this transition we’ll send instructions for how to login
and experience these great new features!
